Why choose Groupe Scolaire Les Lumières in Tangier?
Seven practical reasons families choose Les Lumières for private education in Tangier.
Seven good reasons to trust us
1. 22 years of experience and trust
Founded in 2004, our school has supported thousands of pupils on their path to success. This longevity reflects families' continued trust and our constant pursuit of excellence.
2. Trilingual education from preschool
French is the main teaching language, Arabic is taught from the first preschool year, and English begins in the final preschool year for three hours a week.
3. Singapore Maths
We use Singapore Maths, an internationally recognised approach. Its concrete–pictorial–abstract progression develops reasoning and lasting understanding of concepts.
4. Cambridge Preparation
Our pupils follow a Cambridge Preparation pathway towards internationally recognised Cambridge English Qualifications, supporting future study and career opportunities.
5. Rich, varied extracurricular activities
Theatre, the Albatros choir, visual arts, sport and school trips help pupils flourish beyond the classroom.
6. Caring guidance and personal support
Manageable class sizes, a committed teaching team and regular family communication give each pupil individual attention.
7. From preschool to high school, in one place
A complete, coherent school journey. Your child grows in a familiar environment with educational continuity that supports success.
